Disclosures About Contests on OurVow.org Website

  1. All Contests (see Singing and Instrumental Contests listed on the website) related to singing or playing an instrument on OurVow.org is not based on no/any odds in conjunction with chance. But in accordance with: Talent; Skill; Innate Ability; and/or Artisticness (as defined in The American Heritage College Dictionary 3rd Edition), and such is judged by the Public/viewers/users on the OurVow.org website. However, Angelic Hearts United/OurVow.org does not guarantee how the Public, other Viewers, or other users of OurVow.org will like or rate singing or instrumental material/compilations they view. But, ultimately, all singing and instrumental contestants on the OurVow.org website will be judged solely by the Public, other Viewers, or other users, and determined a winner in accordance therewith.
  2. Singing and Instrumental Categorized Contests (as listed on the website) will begin/go into effect beginning January 1, 2026. The Contest periods will go into effect on such date as follows:

(a) January 1st – March 28th;
(b) April 1st – June 28th;
(c) July 1st – September 28th; and
(d) October 1st – December 28th.

On the 28th day that each Contest period ends, is when the winners will be selected/determined in each separate Contest Category (as listed on the website).

  1. For any user of the OurVow.org website to become eligible as a Contestant towards receiving a prize (The Purse), an Entrance Fee is required to be paid for submitting video material into a Contest Category, either singing or instrumental. However, paying to enter any contest category will not increase your odds of winning any type of prize(s) on the OurVow.org website. Any/All contests are void where prohibited by law. Contests are open only to legal U.S. Residents 18 years of age or older (but as young as 6 years of age sponsored by a person who is 18 years of age or older). Also, a valid email address must be provided/submitted by each Contestant. If at any time that Angelic Hearts United/OurVow.org attempts, contact and either

(a) the Contestant doesn’t reply within 30 calendar days, or
(b) the Contestant provided a false email, or otherwise the email is deemed to no longer be valid, the prize will automatically become void.

* The Purse is the accumulated monetary prize amount that depends on how many people enter the Contest Category during any given contest period outlined above. Prize amounts will vary throughout each contest period depending on the total number of paying contestants.

  1. On the 28th day of each Contest period outlined above, the Winners in each Singing and Instrumental Contest Category will be determined separately as follows:
    (a) The video with the highest number of Faves
    (b) The video with the highest number of Views
    (c) The video with the highest number of Claps (Applauses)

*Winners’ odds will depend on talent (against other Contestants’ talent); the amount of videos a Contestant submits (against the amount of Videos other contestants submit); and, ultimately, how the Public – other users and viewers, and the number of other users views, Faves, Views, and/or Applauds the material submitted.

Finally, after any contestant is determined to be a winner, Prizes will be forwarded to any such Contestant within 30 calendar days.
